On March 23, 2010, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was signed into law and changed the way health care is delivered in this country significantly. The landscape surrounding health care reform is still constantly changing. The recent decision made by the United States Supreme Court in National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius further solidified the fact that the Affordable Care Act is here to stay. The Act itself and accompanying regulations contain thousands of provisions, many of which are spread out over many different regulatory agencies.
